Week 6 Running Back Rankings

1. Adrian Peterson(vs. DET)- What a match-up! Could make up for a tough start to the season quick here.
2. Clinton Portis(vs. STL)- Rams can't defend the pass or the run. Portis will have a great day.
3. Matt Forte(@ATL)- Should be tons of touches/production for talented rookie in this one.
4. Ronnie Brown(@HOU)- Forget Pennington, run the Wildcat on every play!
5. Marion Barber(@ARI)- As long as Dallas doesn't forget to run the ball again, he should have a solid outing.
6. Ladainian Tomlinson(vs. NE)- Tough match-up to rebound in.
7. Brandon Jacobs(@CLE)- Browns have been okay against run, but Jacobs is hot.
8. Steve Slaton(vs. MIA)- Has looked great, but Ahman got an alarming number of carries last week, so may not have ginormous day, but should be good.
9. Reggie Bush(vs. OAK)- Should put up enough in passing game and on special teams to be valuable.
10. Frank Gore(vs. PHI)- I don't have a good feeling about this match-up, but Frankie is a stud.
11. Thomas Jones(vs. CIN)- Great match-up. Could have big week.
12. Michael Turner(vs. CHI)- Bad match-up. Likely to be his worst game, but he's been so good he's hard to sit.
13. Willis McGahee(@IND)- Great match-up, but McClain is getting a lot of touches, including the goal-line ones lately.
14. Ryan Grant(@SEA)- I'm about ready to give up on him, which means he's probably getting close to having a solid outing.
15. Julius Jones(vs. GB)- Good match-up, but Morris could start taking carries away again.
16. Brian Westbrook(@SF)- I don't think he'll play, and even if he does he could get knocked out of it again at any time. But, of course, if they say he's going to play you've got to put him in your line-up.
17. Jamal Lewis(vs. NYG)- Hasn't shown anything so far, and tough match-up, but could start to get on track here.
18. Steven Jackson(@WAS)- Maybe Rams come out rejuvenated after bye?
19. Darren McFadden(@NO)- A good week for him to have a solid outing.
20. Deuce McAllister(vs. OAK)- Great match-up for the Deuce, so don't be afraid to play him even after disappearing act against Vikings.
21. Maurice Jones-Drew(@DEN)- So-so match-up.
22. Le'Ron McClain(@IND)- Hard to say which BAL RB will have better game, since he's been getting the TDs and this is a great match-up.
23. DeAngelo Williams(@TB)- Hard to bench him after big week, but this is a tough match-up.
24. Earnest Graham(vs. CAR)- Tough match-up, but at least it's at home.
25. Felix Jones(@ARI)- Has found a way to be productive in most games.
