Week 1 QB Rankings

1. Drew Brees(vs. DET)- At home against Detroit? This is a slamdunk.
2. Tom Brady(vs. BUF)- As long as the shoulder isn't a lingering problem, should be golden.
3.Peyton Manning((vs. JAX)- Another stud with a favorable match-up at home.
4. Kurt Warner(vs. SF)- Should get tons of yards here.
5. Philip Rivers(@OAK)- Fear here is that they will get too far ahead early and run Sproles all day.
6. Aaron Rodgers(vs. CHI)- Rodgers is a stud, and Chicago is good, but doesn't believe in double-coverage on defense, so Jennings and Driver should be able to get open enough for him to put up good numbers.
7. Matt Hasselbeck(vs. STL)- May seem high, but at home against the Rams? Sweet!
8. Donovan McNabb(@CAR)- Gotta play him these first few weeks, before the fans start chanting for Vick.
9. Carson Palmer(vs. DEN)- Solid match-up at home. Hopefully he's healthy and the o-line can hold up.
10. Jay Cutler(@GB)- Nervous about tough match-up on the road, but he looked pretty good by the end of the pre-season. Needs Hester or Bennett to step up.
11. Brett Favre(@CLE)- Great match-up, but would take some guts to play him in week one since he has barely had time to meet his teammates.
12. Matt Ryan(vs. MIA)- Tough match-up, but he's got lots of weapons now.
13. Chad Pennington(@ATL)- Not a sexy play, but could be productive.
14. Tony Romo(@TB)- Hard to know how he'll do here, on the road and first regular season game without T.O. If Roy Williams is healthy and they click, he could be solid. If not, could be a tough year.
15. Shaun Hill(@ARI)- Did well last year. Should be solid.
