1. Adrian Peterson(@CLE)- Cake opening week match-up. If Berrian and Favre can click there could be miles of running room and daylight all year for AP.
2. LaDainian Tomlinson(@OAK)- Problem is they could get so far ahead that LT could spend the whole second half resting on the bench.
3. DeAngelo Williams(vs. PHI)- My new favorite RB, with Stewart hurting. DeAngelo should blow it up every week.
4. Michael Turner(vs. MIA)- Tough match-up, but at least it's at home and Dolphins will have White and Gonzalez to worry about, so can't stack the box all day.
5. Matt Forte(@GB)- Stud should be dynamite every week this year, as he will get almost all the carries and may end up as Cutler's favorite receiver too.
6. Frank Gore(@ARI)- Arizona's D came together in the play-offs. Will be interesting to see if they can keep that momentum going.
7. Steven Jackson(@SEA)- Seattle has great LB's, so he might not break too many long ones, but he'll get the ball all day, even if it's in the passing game once they're behind.
8. Brian Westbrook(@CAR)- Consummate professional shouldn't suffer from missing the pre-season, he never does much anyway. Tough match-up, though, and McCoy could get a share of the load after hot pre-season.
9. Marion Barber(@TB)- Bucs struggled some against the run last year. Hard to predict how 'Boys will divvy up the carries, though.
10. Maurice Jones-Drew(@IND)-Big question here is his health. If he's good to go, you start him every week.
11. Kevin Smith(@NO)- Solid match-up, but Lions have to stay in the game or could just be Stafford throwing up picks and getting sacked in the second half.
12. Reggie Bush(vs. DET)- Great match-up and could get huge workload if Thomas is out, but may still be too dinged up himself to make good on it.
13. Thomas Jones(@HOU)- Good match-up. Will he get all the goal-line carries? How many carries will Washington steal from him? This first week will answer a lot of questions.
14. Steve Slaton(vs. NYJ)- Jets D isn't a slouch. Could be a tough day, but you still play him for sure.
15. Brandon Jacobs(vs. WAS)- Superstud will probably face a stacked box all day, and that includes Albert Haynesworth.
16. Clinton Portis(@NYG)- Tough match-up against great D.
17. Julius Jones(vs. STL)- Fantastic match-up. Julius could sizzle here.
18. Ronnie Brown(@ATL)- Pretty good match-up. Definitely worth a start.
19. Joseph Addai(vs. JAX)- Huge questions as to how Colts will divvy up carries, but if Brown just spells Addai he could be great.
20. Chris Johnson(@PIT)- Super tough match-up, and Titans offense looked very iffy in the preseason, but still a stud.
